We brief your leadership and your staff on which processes today's AI can newly automate, which interfaces and tools come into play, and how to recognise an automation candidate in everyday work. Result: your team can name pain points themselves as automation candidates — the basis for a focused study.
Deliverable: written report
Inventory of your software landscape. Identification of available APIs and integration points. Documentation of the central processes. Together with leadership we prioritise the leverage processes with the highest automation and cost-saving potential. Rough cost estimate and implementation plan — at a granularity that lets you decide on the scope and shape of a follow-up engagement.
Engagement per area or full rollout
You commission the automations identified in the study — entirely or individual areas. We deliver AI components as tested, documented building blocks, integrated into your existing systems via the interfaces identified in the inventory. Including handover into production operation.
On the implemented system
Following implementation we train your staff on the system that was delivered. Goal: confident day-to-day use; your in-house team runs ongoing operations independently.

Splitting concept from implementation risks shelf-ware that fails against the actual system. We do both. The person who later builds is already at the table during the study.
