Beyond the system-specific onboarding at the end of an implementation project, we offer separately bookable training modules. They equip your staff to use AI tools actively in their day-to-day work — tailored by industry and role.

What these modules are for

Not every meaningful use of AI in a business requires a custom implementation. Often the immediate leverage lies in your staff using today’s available AI tools — language models, research assistants, document-processing tools — confidently within their existing workflows.

That, however, requires a realistic understanding: what these tools can do, where their limits are, how to verify results, and how to embed them responsibly into one’s own work.

Content (typical, varies by module)

  • How current AI tools work and where they end
  • Use cases by role (research, writing, document review, data extraction)
  • Prompt craft: phrasing precise instructions, iteratively improving results
  • Quality control: how to verify AI output before reusing it
  • Privacy and compliance when working with AI tools
  • When AI is the right tool — and when it is not

Format

Modules are tailored by client and industry. Typical formats are half-day workshops on-site or online, in small groups (up to 12 people), in which participants work hands-on with the tools on real tasks from their daily work.

Pricing

Training modules are not part of an implementation package; they are calculated as a separate engagement. We quote concrete pricing based on the target group and module selection you want.
